Employees Incentive Bonus Plan
PURPOSE 目的
The employee suggestion program at Company is administered under the guidelines of the Company Employees Incentive Bonus Program. It is designed to stimulate creative and innovative thinking that will foster and enhance efficiency and productivity.
本公司员工建议办法是在公司员工激励奖金计划的指导原则下管理.本办法的设计是为激发员工创意和创新的思考以提高工作效率及 生产力.
The program seeks to enhance any phase of company operations by promoting employee awareness of procedures, equipment, or facilities; reinforcing job safety practices; providing ways to eliminate waste, keep down costs, and reduce duplication of work efforts.
本办法在藉由提升员工对公司营运的作业程序,机器设备及设施的了解;加强工作安全的练习;提供消除浪费的方法;降低成本及减少重复的工作等等方面来全面提升公司整体营运的绩效.
COVERED EMPLOYEES 适用员工
Full-time, part-time, and temporary employees are eligible.
凡公司员工不论是全职,兼职和临时员工均适用本办法.
If two employees submit the same suggestion, only the first received is considered for an award.
假如有两位员工提出相同的建议,只有第一个先收到的建议考虑叙奖.
ELIGIBLE SUGGESTIONS 合格的建议
Any suggestion from an employee or team of employees which is useful, practical, constructive and is of benefit to the company operation is eligible.
不论是单一员工或一组员工提出的任何建议只要是对公司营运有用,实际可行,有建设性和有利的建议均为合格的建议.
A suggestion will be considered by the Review Committee if it offers an idea or improvement in one or more of the following areas:
建议审查委员会会考虑下列的建议(是一个想法或一个改善方案均可) :
· Safety 安全
· Costs 成本
· Productivity 生产力
· Efficiency 效率
· Conditions 工作条件
· Services to the public 志工
· Energy resources 节省能源
· Employee morale 提升员工士气
INELIGIBLE SUGGESTIONS 不合格的建议
Ineligible suggestions include any which are: ·不合格的建议包含
· Currently under consideration; 目前公司正在考虑的案子
· or have already been made and awarded; 已经提出过并已叙奖者
· or are already in use 已经在使用中
· Complaints and grievances 抱怨
· Salary/classification/benefit changes 薪资/职位分类/改变福利项目
· Enforcement of existing rules or regulations 现有规定或规则的加强
· Routine maintenance matters or reque
