注册表格的几点说明
1. Neso证书的评审是免费的.
2. 此注册表格可在Neso China办公室免费获得,或可从Neso China 的网页上免费下载:www.nesochina.org .
3. 请用深色笔填写此表格.用英文或拼音填写时,请用大写字母.
4. 请注意:所填写的内容的准确性与完整性,将影响文件的评审时间和结果.
5. 付款事宜请参考Neso China网站 www.nesochina.org 上公布的最新消息.
6. 注册资料必须是完整的,否则将无法进行评审.一收到完整资料,评审工作便立即开始.
7. 收到注册资料后,Neso China将用电子邮件通知申请者资料已收到.
8. 评审结束后,Neso China将再次用电子邮件通知申请人评审结果.
9. Neso证书将直接寄给荷兰院校.

I. Personal Details / 个人信息

2. 申请表格上最后的签名必须是申请人亲自签署的,签字前请认真核实前面所填内容.
3. 您的身份证号码应为15至18为数字.
4. 填写此表时,如您还未能申请到奖学金,请选择'P/自费学生'.

II. Education Background / 教育背景
1. 请注意:荷兰院校只接受学历高于或等于高中学历(或等同于高中学历)的申请者.
2. 如果您还在读,请注明您将何时毕业,并提交学校开具的在读中英文证明.
3. 如果申请人没有参加过"全国高等院校入学考试"(既高考)请在"其他"一栏里注明申请人所获的最高学历.

III. Language Proficiency / 语言能力
1. 请确认申请人的名字与参加IELTS考试人的名字是一致的.
2. 请注意:如果您刚刚参加完IELTS考试,而申请此评审时,考试成绩还未产生,Neso China将不对由此产生的延误负责.
