摘 要
企业资源计划ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)作为一种利用信息技术全面整合企业内外资源的管理模式,日益受到生产制造企业的关注,而财务管理系统一直是各个企业实施企业资源计划时关注的重点.随着企业外部经营环境和内部管理模式的不断变化,对财务管理功能提出了更高的要求,出现了新的应用.本文分析了ERP系统的管理思想,比较了ERP系统与一般财务管理系统的异同,并着重探讨了ERP中财务管理系统的功能,就传统企业财务管理应对ERP战略的挑战提出了几点建议.

Abstract
ERP as a management model using information technology to integrate the inner and external resources of corporations entirely is paid deal a good deal of attention by the production enterprises day by day , and financial information system is always the central point when all the corporation implement ERP . With the unceasing changes of enterprises' outer operation environment and inner management model , aiming at the financial management functions , higher requirement are put forward , and new applications and emerged . This paper analyzes the management thoughts of ERP system , compares the similarities and differences of ERP software against the common financial management software , approaches the functions of traditional enterprise' financial management in the fact of challenge ERP strategy .
