e-learning在辅助知识管理上之角色

摘要
企业本身存在的目的就是生存及获利,方法不外乎是外在的环境配合以及内
在的资源支持,尤其在全球景气衰退的今日,企业要生存且成长应把能够获取的
知识效能发挥到最大的程度,也就是提升组织知识的存量及价值,而这就取决於
企业的知识管理能力.在知识管理的领域之内,电子化学习(e-learning)的概念
也被提出,但却少有从e-learning的角度出发探讨其与知识管理的关系.本研
究综合知识管理及e-learning相关文献,归纳出知识 管理及e-learning的重要
构建元素,然后分别构建知识管理及e-learning的观念性架构,并分析两模式
之间的对应(mapping)关系.最后我们拿三个实例来验证我们构建的对应模式.

The Role of E-learning in Enhancing Knowledge
Management
The purpose of enterprises is to survive and make profit. It depends not only
on good cooperation with business environment, but also on the support of
corporate resources. It is even more important during the global recession today
that enterprises should enhance its knowledge to the greatest extent and elevate
the quantity and values of corporate knowledge. Thus, an effective knowledge
management 〈KM〉system is vital to the enterprises. Although the role of
e-learning in KM is mentioned in certain studies, none was focused on how the
e-learning can assist KM. In order to understand how the e-learning can assist

KM, we first reviewed relevant literature on KM and e-learning , and
summarized some key components that should be embedded in KM and
e-learning. We then construct conceptual models for e-learning and KM
respectively, and analyze their mapping relationship, which shows how
e-learning enhances the effectiveness of KM. At the end of this study, we used
three cases to demonstrate the validity of these models and their mapping
relationship.

人类的演进史就是一部生产要素轮流主宰的历史.在中古世纪时,土地及劳
